Referring to a recent U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) memorandum requesting agents focus on the apprehension of terrorists and criminals, DMCA Head of Litigation and attorney/partner Lance Curtright stated, "It's a good use of the government's resources... focus upon criminals, terrorists, not family members, people that have been here for a very long period of time.
