Nicholas D Gordon

Associate Attorney

Nicholas D. Gordon, a native of Utah, comes to DMCA after practicing immigration law for a couple of years in the Washington, D.C. metro area. After living in Guatemala from 2001 to 2003, he graduated summa cum laude from Utah State University in 2005 (Major: Political Science; Minor: Spanish) where he was also recognized as the Valedictorian of the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences. While in law school at George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia, Nicholas interned at the U.S. Department of Justice with the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) and the Office of the Chief Immigration Judge (“OCIJ”). Upon graduating from law school, Nicholas began practicing law at a small immigration and family law firm in Northern Virginia. He is admitted to practice in Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is fluent in Spanish and will be leading the firm’s Consular Processing Team.
