06/10/2010: "The Court . . . has already determined that the stop of the respondent was a violation of his constitutional rights and any evidence that is the fruit of the unalwful stop is suppressible."

02/04/2008: "Because the Court finds that Respondent was stopped solely because of his Hispanic appearance, the exclusionary rule applies, and the motion to suppress the Form I-213 will be granted."
